Choi Kyung-hwan, the minister of knowledge economy, held the 'tech+ forum', at Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel at 10:00AM on Dec 9, 2009 with the slogan, 'Ideas Changing The World' in front of 500 audiences, selected as those known for setting worldly trends in various fields to lecture about the topic "Korea and its new growth strategy to the new economic order after the crisis". The audiences included Kim Yong-geun, director of KIAT; Henry Petrovsky, Professor of Duke University; Lee Hwi-sung, Ceo of Ibm Korea; Lee Kwy-ro, Professor of KAIST; Jack Trout, President of Trout & Partners; John Maeda, President of the Rhode Island School of Design; Matty Mathieson, Director of SRI's Center for Science, Technology and Economic Development; Chris Downs, founder of Live|Work; Tony Garrett, professor at Korea University; Dr. Kishore Swaminathan, chief scientist of Accenture Technology Labs; Kim Nan-do, Professor of Seoul National University; Joel Garreau, principle of Garreau Group; and Peter Bishop, Professor of Houston University.
