KOTRA and domestic electronic enterprises will participate in International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2010 held in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. from January 7, 2010 to January 10.
About 110 enterprises and 1,000 products will be displayed at the international CES including private booth and Korea booth.
As a matter of fact, it is similar scale with this year, but it is evaluated remarkable participation size when considering that whole CES scale decreased because of economic recession.
Although the participation size decreased, KOTRA and domestic electronic enterprises plan to capture overseas buyers and participants using new cutting-edge technology products that target the global market.
KOTRA announced that a total of 56 enterprises and 62 booths will join the Korean booth. This constituted a ten percent decrease because only 60 enterprises joined the booth. Fortunately however, KOTRA got first-rate location to display the Korea booth in the Hilton Hotel Convention and Pavilion Booth are relatively close to the main hall for CES.
An official of KOTRA said, "We can expect to have frequent buyer meetings and gain more export result than CES 2009 because we got a fantastic spot for the Korea booth for CES 2010."
