On February 20, David Petraeus, the top U.S. military commander in Iraq said, “American forces have gone through difficult conditions in Afghanistan and it is predicted American casualties will rise.”
David Petraeus stated, “America has done everything possible in Afghanistan. However, it is not easy to achieve this goal and there will be many casualties.”
