Tragedy on Jiangsu Road in Shanghai

At 3:29 PM, February 28, the Shaghai Police got a report that a man has taken a girl hostage on Jiang Su Road in Shanghai. When the patrol cars arrived at the scene of the crime, the girl was already stabbed. The man hacked the girl and ran away when the police arrived. Police shot dead the man after warnings went in vain. The girl died later at the hospital and the passers-by suffered no life-threatening injuries, according to the police.
