Srinivasan joins Attivo Networks with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and high growth technology companies. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee of Aquantia Corporation, a NYSE listed company. He is also the lead director and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Inphi® Corporation, a NYSE listed company. Sam was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Emeritus of Health Language, Inc. Earlier in his career, Srinivasan served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial officer of Cirrus Logic®, Inc., and Director, Internal Audits and Corporate Controller of Intel® Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of SiRF® Technology Holdings, Inc., Centillium Communications, Inc. and Leadis Technology, Inc. 

Srinivasan holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Madras University, India as well as an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Charted Accountant of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
