CJ OliveNetworks launched API Flex, an API marketplace platform that allows businesses to access data, APIs, and solutions in one place.
API Flex was first introduced in beta version last year, targeting the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) market. It has since expanded its API business by diversifying service models and forming partnerships.
APIs are a way to exchange data between applications, making it easy to share information. API Flex has included APIs from various industries, such as AI services and public data, to cater to customer needs.
Users can now access AI-related services like ChatGPT, AliGPT, logistics optimization, virtual human, audio and video source separation solutions, HR data-based retirement prediction models, and AI document understanding solutions.
Customers can easily access public data APIs like traffic information in Seoul, rental and monthly rent information for apartments, hospital and pharmacy information nationwide, and fine dust warnings through the service API.
API Flex also provides communication channel services such as RCS, Naver Message Talk, Kakao Message Talk, and web/app push services. It also covers global messages in more than 220 countries, including Whatsapp and Viber, to help companies communicate with their customers worldwide.
API Flex plans to operate a dedicated blog to support successful customer business. The blog will provide information supporting service use, detailed descriptions of API products, and how to call and utilize APIs, as well as various marketing and IT-related useful information.
