Double A(1991) Public Company Limited, the producer and brand owner of Double A copy paper, announced today that their profits have reached THB 583 million in the first quarter of 2010. This strong first quarter performance is a follow up of their 2009 record performance, in which they reached profits of THB 1.983 billion.
The profits from the first quarter of 2010 came from an increase of 18% in paper sales. The sustained performance was due to international expansion and consistent marketing activities for Double A.
Mr. Thirawit Leetavorn, senior executive vice president of Double A, said "Double A's operating performance for the first quarter of 2010 highlights improvements in both sales and profitability in the domestic and international markets. Growth from paper sales have soared by 18% in Thailand and internationally as a result of Double A's continuing sales expansion."
