Merck today announced that global CR fund € 25,000 forwarded to Loving neighbors Ansan Multi-cultural Children Care Center by Dr. WooKyu Kim, new managing director of Merck Korea.
Merck Performance Materials business sector launched € 100,000 Community Involvement Initiative which was directly proposed by employees as part of the integration program following the acquisitions of Versum Materials and Intermolecular to support four charitable projects with € 25,000 each to strengthen technology infrastructures, promote digital education and support communities in various ways.

Under this principal, the goal and purpose of Loving Neighbors exactly fit with company Corporate Responsibility activities already in place, their impact on society, their contributions to advancing digital living, as well as the degree to which employees have already been involved in various initiatives in the areas of global health, environmental sustainability and education," said Dr. Kim as his first official event. "We hope that this support will give multicultural children an opportunity to realize their dreams by preparing for their future through various digital-based education.”
