inno.N announced on Jan. 28 that it has been selected as one of the top 100 best companies to work in Korea for its Work & Life Harmony program aimed at harmonizing between work and home. inno.N CEO Kang Seok-hee was also named one of the most respected CEOs in Korea.
inno.N received the grand prize at an award ceremony hosted by the global consulting firm Great Place to Work Korea (GWP) on Jan. 28.
The 100 best companies to work for are a system in which GWP studies domestic companies and their members to select and reward companies that implement quality workplaces and good corporate culture to work for.
inno.N aims to create synergy by harmonizing workplace and home and operates various welfare programs. One of the representative systems is the annual and monthly paid holiday self-approval system.
The annual and monthly holiday self-approval system encourages employees to spend their vacations without being wary of their bosses. They can freely apply for annual leave without the approval of their boss until 6 p.m. a day before the annual leave, and they don't have to record the reasons for using the annual leave.
The company supports children's care leave when they enter elementary school so that executives and employees with children can do their best to raise them. In case of the urgent need to take care of children occurs, the emergency child care working hours reduction system is also in operation.
The company’s Jump-Up Program is a two-week free self-development program that receives subsidies from the company and is used to enhance the creativity of the members and grow their abilities to the next level.
