Bluetooth tagging, which will be applied to residential applications, is a technology that allows residents to call and move elevators only without physical contact by installing a dedicated application (H-Mobile Thru) on their smartphones and registering their target floor.

The 'motion call button', which is applied to commercial buildings, recognizes movements such as hand gestures without contact and calls the elevator.

Hyundai Elevator pioneered the elevator untact technology market last year by introducing a "clean moving solution" that can minimize contact in elevators, which are shared spaces such as "motion call buttons," and reduce the spread of pollutants.

After the launch, the motion call button succeeded in winning an order for Hyundai Premium Outlet SPACE1 (Namyangju City, Gyeonggi-do) and luxury apartments under construction in Donggang International Commercial District, Dalian, China.

The motion call button also succeeded in winning an order for Sujain Destige, an apartment complex for 2,407 households in Uijeongbu.

CEO Song Seung-bong said, "The market is changing rapidly as COVID-19 has raised awareness of shared space hygiene and elevators, which were considered only means of transportation, have become a standard for increasing the value of buildings."

He added, "We will differentiate our products and services and establish a New Normal for elevators through the introduction of new technologies and IT convergence."

N:EX has three types: Strong Black, Brilliant Bronze, and Nature Green. The motifs were designed for nature such as rocks, trees, and grasslands.

By adopting belts instead of ropes, life expectancy has increased by two to three times, and eco-friendly elevators are implemented through non-fueling systems. In addition, the N:EX is equipped with a HEPA filter anion air purifier to maintain a pleasant indoor space.
