Twitter will unveil their new design soon
If you have a twitter account and regularly twit then you may understand how precious  140 words can be. Particularly when you decide to upload a picture, then it seems like 140 words are really not enough to convey your message since the link is also included in the count.

Thankfully Twitter has been listening to their users frustration and come up with a  new design. The new layout will give the user two 'panes', one on the left and one on the right. The pane on the right will hold your traditional stream of tweets while the one on the left will show videos,  pictures and location information.

With the redesign of Twitter, users will no longer have to move from the main page to check additional content or open a new browser to see the pictures. Another new feature will allow for infinite scrolling, so that will no longer have to click the 'more' button at the end of the screen.

This is the first design change in 4 years since the service was launched. The goal is to make the service easier and faster, so the user will stay longer on the website and return more often.

Meanwhile, many of companies that use Twitter as an advertising and promotion platform will have a more effective way of getting their message across. An interesting fact is that about 370 thousand new users sign up for the service every day, according to Twitter.
