Mirae Asset Securities announced on April 5 that it was ranked No. 1 in the NCI-National Brand Competitiveness Index at the 12th National Brand Awards ceremony held at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul on April 2.
Marking its 12th anniversary this year, the National Brand Awards is a ceremony co-hosted by the New York Festivals and the JoongAng Ilbo Economist, one of the world's top three advertising festivals, and is selecting the most valuable and competitive Korean national brand as the nation's assets.
NCI is an index that quantifies measurement results and evaluates brand awareness, representation, satisfaction, loyalty, global competitiveness, and brand comprehensive favorability by consumers.
Mirae Asset Securities received positive reviews for its social responsibility through ESG (environmental, social, and governance) management and its performance in supplying venture capital to create new markets.
Mirae Asset Securities said, "We will grow into a global investment bank representing Korea and strive for the rise in the value of national brands and the development of Korea's capital market."
