CJ OliveNetworks announced on May 13 that it has introduced "Work Scan," a non-face-to-face mobile personnel management integration solution for field managers and workers.
The solution features personnel management services such as work contracts, commuting records, salary settlement, and work schedules available in one application. The company explains that it is optimized for companies that need on-site management such as stores and base offices.
In particular, personal information is not needed because satellite navigation devices (GPS) and QR code authentication methods are used, and non-face-to-face management is possible by changing labor contract-related documents that were processed manually to electronic documents.
In addition, it automatically reflects overtime pay and withholding tax according to actual working hours, and calculates the details of each individual's salary accurately.
The "workscan" solution is two-fold: on-premise deployment and cloud service, and can be chosen according to customer needs. In particular, the cloud service type minimizes the burden on small businesses because it pays as much as it has been used without additional construction costs.
Last year, CJ Group affiliates introduced "Workscan" first, and are expanding their services to foreign customers such as the F&B business and famous domestic franchises.
"As the 52-hour workweek is applied to workplaces with less than 49 employees from July, stable working culture of small and medium-sized companies has become more important," said Choi Byung-seok, head of CJ OliveNetworks' solution business team. "Workscan will make it easy to handle tasks that require a lot of work without additional manpower and efficient personnel management."
