Shinhan Financial Group updated the group's platform, Shinhan Plus UI/UX, on July 13.
Shinhan Plus, Shinhan Financial's integrated service platform, provides more than 100 financial services without installing additional apps, including Shinhan Bank SOL, Shinhan Card PayFAN, Shinhan Investment Shinhan Alpha, and Shinhan Life Smart Window.
This update simplified the main screen from the previous six to three screens.
In order to maximize customer convenience, the app also allows customers to see the overall transaction status of Shinhan Financial Group on the first screen. It also placed a new customized best-product guidance service.
An official from Shinhan Financial Group said, "We will continue to upgrade Shinhan Plus so that it can reflect the value of Shinhan customers as a top priority."
