Dong-A Pharmaceutical announced on September 24 that Minimax, a health functional food for children, won the Finalist in the package category of the International Design Excellence Awards 2021 (IDEA 2021).
IDEA is an internationally recognized design award hosted by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Winners are selected based on design innovation, user experience, and social contribution.
It is considered one of the world's three major design awards along with Germany's International Forum (iF) Design Award and Red Dot Design Award.
Minimax, which previously won the main award at the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award, also won the IDEA award this time.
Minimax contains Dong-A Pharmaceutical's management philosophy of creating social value. The Minimax package is made of recycled pulp that has received green certification by applying the eco-friendly 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) concept, making it easy to separate and collect.
Meanwhile, the Minimax is made in the form of a toy bag, so you can store things in an empty package and also perform various creative games such as coloring on the outside.
