On November 12, Bunn.Fit, a fitness management app developer, announced that it started entering the global market by participating in the A-STREAM event on November 8.
Bunn.Fit, a fitness management app, helps you focus and build exercise habits while exercising at home. It is a hearable device-based fitness platform for those who want to exercise regularly.
“Bunn.Fit is a mobile service that allows you to plan and track your workout progress and share it with others,” Bunnit CEO JeongHak-gyun said.
Bunn.Fit launched an MVP in 3 months after starting development, and achieved a milestone of 120,000 users by its first year of service.
Last year it won awards in the Digital Health Care contest by the Gangwon Creative Economy and Innovation Center and 2020 Seoul Campus Town Festival’s Untact IR Demo day.
“All team members are working like one person,” said CEO Jeong. “Everyone agreed to set lean hypotheses that can be quickly verified, and launch services quickly once the decision has been made.”
Bunn.Fit also targets the global market. For this, Bunn.Fit participated in the Global IR Project in September which is run by the Yonsei University Campustown Center to help startups that want to go global.
The company will get a chance to participate in the ‘A-STREAM’ event on November 8th, hosted by the global accelerator companyY&Archer. It is a part of the Global IR Project.
Through this showcase, it will get investment feedback from foreign investors and network with global and domestic VCs and institutions to get their support for a successful global market entry.
“Exercise is a common experience regardless of country, age, gender, and religion. Muscle workouts are more popular in western countries than in Korea,” said CEO Jeong. “We will do our best to make Bunn.Fit a global app used by many people around the world.”
