In his New Year's address, Chairman Kim said, "For sustainable growth, we need to break the existing framework through competition and cooperation that transcends the boundaries of business this year."
"We have a strong offline channel that Tech Giants do not have," He said. "We must transform it into a customer-oriented channel and provide differentiated counseling services in areas where people are essential based on financial expertise."
"With digital transformation as the top priority, we need to proceed more quickly," He added. "We need to redesign the group's digital core foundation and build it anew."
"In the global market, not only banks but also all group companies must find a business model that enables collaboration and advance together with digital armament," Chairman Kim said.
"In order for many people to want to become our global partners, we need to further solidify the group's global human and material infrastructure and practice ESG management in line with global standards," He added.
