Cafe24 and US online marketplace Wish will be showcasing strategies that can help boost e-commerce exports to North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, and more.
Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced on January 24 that it will be hosting ‘Utilization strategy for the mobile commerce app Wish’ webinar on January 25 at 2 p.m.(KST).
Wish is a marketplace operated by ContextLogic Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company headquartered in San Francisco, US. As of Q3 2021, the global monthly active users reached 60 million, and more than 500 thousand merchants were selling products on Wish.
The company’s successful mobile-first approach has also been gaining traction as more than 90% of user activity and purchases occur on Wish’s mobile app.
Cafe24 and Wish announced the cooperation to support Korean companies’ global expansion in September last year.
Businesses can conveniently link their online stores with Wish through Cafe24 Market Plus and easily sell products to multiple countries worldwide.
As a result, Korean companies can expand the sales of Korean products to various parts of the world and obtain global growth opportunities.
Wish supports Korean companies’ global expansion based on collaboration with Cafe24 and plans to introduce Korean brand products to users in various countries.
“The connection between the popularity of the Korean wave and Wish’s infrastructure will serve as an opportunity for Korean companies’ exports,” said Lee Jaesuk, CEO of Cafe24. “We plan to continue cooperation with Wish so Korean brands can grow in even more diverse countries.”
