Hana Bank announced that it won Gold, the highest global award in the Digital Marketing & Sales category at the "2022 Qorus-Accenture Banking Innovation Awards (QABIN)" held in Barcelona, Spain.
QABIN have been serving as a catalyst for innovation in the banking sector since their inception in 2013.
Hana Bank earned the highest score in the Digital Marketing & Sales category out of a total of 7 categories in recognition of the innovation of its own digital banking channel "My Branch" and digital convenience centered on financial consumers.
Hana Bank's "My Branch" is an omni-channel banking service that combines the convenience of digital banking with the expertise of face-to-face branches.
Unlike existing online banking, it is possible to “provide customized financial contents” and “manage customers linked online and offline” in individual branches opened according to customer characteristics.
Since the service was launched in April last year, the total number of visitors has reached 3 million and sales of 360,000 units have been achieved.
In addition, we are continuously expanding the scope of use with affiliates, such as the Hope Branch, which was opened with the Ministry of Health and Welfare to support youth's asset formation, and a branch dedicated to issuing International Student Identity Card (ISIC).
