Com2uS announced today that it has started pre-registration for the global service of its summoning MMORPG "Summoners War: Chronicles".
Summoners War: Chronicles global pre-registration was held simultaneously on the morning of December 29th (Korean time) all over the world, including Europe, South America and Asia, except for Korea and North America, where the service started earlier.
Summoners War: Chronicles is the first MMORPG created based on the intellectual property rights of Com2uS' global mega hit "Summoners War: Sky Arena".
When it was launched in Korea in August, it achieved the top 10 in sales and top 10 in popular games in the two major app markets, including the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Immediately after its North American release in November, it entered the top 50 sales in the US and the top 20 in Canada on the global PC game platform Steam, and after expanding the service area, it ranked at the top of sales in various European, Asian and Oceanian regions, including Singapore's 4th and France's 12th.
Summoners War: Chronicles is particularly well suited to the MMORPG genre with the core fun of Summoners War: Sky Arena, which recorded 170 million downloads worldwide and has been a long-term box office hit for more than 8 years, collecting various summons and constructing a strategic deck using them.
This game does not determine the victory or defeat of a few powerful summons or characters, but rather enhances the fun of playing for users by requiring advanced strategies and tactics depending on whether various attributes and skills are used.
In addition, Com2uS strengthens the manual combat function to enhance the taste of direct manipulation and stimulate users' desire to play. It provides high-quality MMORPG contents in a PC play environment by providing intense graphics on a large screen.
Meanwhile, Com2uS plans to provide high-quality services in more than 10 languages so that users around the world can enjoy the rich content of Summoners War: Chronicles.
