PULSE, a company specializing in corporate strategic design, announced today it has appointed Seol Myoung-hwan as its new CEO.
The appointment was decided to strengthen capital market expertise to strengthen internal stability and lay the foundation for continued growth.
The new CEO Seol is a capital market strategy expert who has worked for more than 20 years in the field of PR(public relations) with IR(investor relations) of KOSPI and KOSDAQ listed companies.
He joined WOONGJIN COWAY in 2002 and was in charge of IR promotion and branding strategies. Since then, he moved to BARUN Group in 2009 and worked as the head of the group's communication division, which oversees IR, PR, GR(government relations) and CSR(corporate social responsibility) of six affiliates, including BARUN ELECTRONICS, CHINA BARUN ELECTRONICS JIANGSU, BARUN TECHNOLOGY, BARUN INVEST BROADCASTING.
Founded in October last year, PULSE analyzes corporate activities, financial statements, and income statements to help improve core capabilities and corporate value. It provides comprehensive advice necessary for raising shareholder value, value growth, market capitalization management and financing to startups, IPO(initial public offering) carry forward a business, and listed company.
After the appointment of a new CEO, PULSE, plans to solidify its own IR solution called "Valuation Branding(VB)" and expand its business. VB visualizes a company's financial statements, income statements, and business models by connecting them to corporate storytelling in three dimensions.
