FILA Holdings Appoints Todd Klein as New President of FILA USA

Todd Klein brings decades of industry experience to a new role leading FILA Holdings’ North American subsidiary; will help elevate FILA’s brand and build sustainable operations in line with a five-year global strategy

[Seoul,Korea] FILA Holdings, which operates global sports brand FILA, announced today that it has appointed accomplished sportswear visionary Todd Klein as the new president of its North American subsidiary FILA U.S.A. 

Klein’s appointment aims to elevate FILA’s brand equity in line with the group’s goals for the North American region under its five-year global strategy, “WINNING TOGETHER.” The strategy, first announced in February 2022, seeks to deliver unified products and marketing worldwide by redefining FILA’s brand value, building a customer experience-oriented business model, and pursuing sustainable growth.

As president, Klein will draw on his 30 years’ industry experience in targeting top and bottom-line growth while building sustainable business operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He will also focus on creating an inspiring and inclusive team culture as he guides FILA USA, which has already expanded its brand influence in the North America region through high-profile collaborations in addition to its association with popular sports such as tennis and pickleball.

As an established brand leader, Klein has overseen diverse teams across multiple categories and geographies since starting out with Adidas America in the 1990s. He joins FILA USA from his most recent position delivering game-changing product innovations as Adidas Group’s Vice President of Advanced Concepts. Before that, Klein consistently achieved double-digit sustainable growth while directing sports apparel and footwear divisions across both the U.S. and Germany. He also has a strong sales and marketing background, including successfully leading a re-branding mission as Global Sports Marketing Director for Reebok from 2004 to 2009, when the brand was acquired by Adidas.
