This training course is conducted as an online lecture from March 9th to May 17th, and the construction is conducted by 12 female talents in the aviation field of developing countries, including civil aviation officials in Africa (Senegal, Tonga, etc.) and Asia (Pakistan, Indonesia, etc.) support educational expenses;
IIAC also plans to strengthen strategic cooperation with international organizations such as ICAO and leading Korean and foreign universities, and expand customized education for global aviation officials, including developing countries, in the future.
IIAC has been strengthening business cooperation to nurture female talents in aviation in developing countries, such as signing a business agreement with ICAO in Montreal, Canada in October of last year to support programs for fostering female talents in the aviation industry of developing and underdeveloped countries.
Meanwhile, the Korea Human Resource Development Institute, which opened in 2008, is the only educational institution in the Asia-Pacific region accredited by three major aviation-related international organizations: ICAO, World Airports Council (ACI), and International Air Transport Association (IATA). So far, it has provided various training courses to 9,989 aviation officials in 150 countries around the world.
