Ssangyong E&C has won an order for a luxury residence in Dubai.
Ssangyong E&C announced on March 29 that it recently won an order for "Park Views Residences" worth US$120 million (approximately KRW 15.1 billion) in Kifaf, Dubai.
This construction is a follow-up project to the "One Residence" with two 44-story buildings, which Ssangyong E&C won in the same area in 2019 and completed in June 2022.
The ordering body for these projects is Wasl, Dubai's largest real estate development and management company. Ssangyong E&C has a strategic partnership with this company. Park Views Residences is a 44-story building with 465 households, located in Kipaf, Dubai's most central residential area, near Zabeel Park.
The four corners of the building are finished with luxurious whole glass exterior. In addition to residential facilities, various amenities for residents will be built in the complex.
A company official said, “With this order as an opportunity, we plan to continue to target overseas markets in earnest, such as high-end architecture and SOC, which have been put on hold due to the corona pandemic.”
