Netmarble, a South Korean multinational high-quality mobile game company, has launched Meta World: My City, a new metaverse board game that allows players to collect virtual real estate and buildings based on real-world locations like New York City.
The game is a sequel to Let’s Get Rich, a popular game that attracted over 200 million players worldwide.
Meta World: My City is now available for download worldwide, except in some countries like China and Korea, via the official website, Google Play, and App Store.
The game will be part of MBX, a gaming blockchain ecosystem launched by MARBLEX, and is expected to become a platform for players to interact with each other and enjoy various types of games in the metaverse world.
Netmarble has also partnered with The Sandbox to debut the game within its ecosystem and create unique metaverse content and experiences in the near future. In addition, the company has released a cinematic video that showcases key features of the game on its official YouTube channel.
To celebrate the launch, Netmarble is holding various events that offer players a variety of rewards, including virtual real estate like the Arcade Game Center Structure Item for top players, in-game items such as Gold, Diamonds, and Champions League Tickets, and an Epic Character Summon Ticket that will be provided daily to players who check-in for seven days.
Netmarble also revealed a new cinematic video that demonstrates key features of the game on the official Netmarble Youtube channel.
