Mirae Asset Life Insurance announced on May 10 that it's official YouTube channel "Smart Life" has reached a significant milestone by surpassing 110,000 subscribers and being awarded the Silver Button certification plaque by Google headquarters in the United States.
"The Smart Life YouTube channel serves as a platform for Mirae Asset Life Insurance to provide customers with useful information on life finance and insurance," said Kim Nam-young, Head of the Digital Innovation Division, who is in charge of Mirae Asset Life’s official YouTube channel Smart Life. "Its consumer-friendly content offers various financial and insurance information and common sense tips for customers to apply in their daily lives."
“Smart Life’s number of subscribers exceeded 110,000 as a result of Mirae Asset Life’s high interest and performance in customer service and communication through digital channels," said Kim. "We will continue to provide more diverse and useful content to enhance customer convenience and satisfaction.”
