LG Electronics (LG) is set to introduce the LG CreateBoard series, a range of digital whiteboard solutions specifically designed for educational environments.

The series comprises four models: 86TR3DK, 75TR3DK, 65TR3DK, and 55TR3DK. These innovative solutions from LG are aimed at digital classrooms and offer a host of features to enhance the learning experience.

The highlight of the LG CreateBoard series is the 40-point multi-touch screen, which provides a smooth and interactive platform for writing and drawing. This feature enables students and teachers to engage seamlessly with the content.

The digital whiteboards also support collaboration through dedicated digital learning applications, ensuring a more interactive and collaborative learning environment. Additionally, the cloud-based solution allows for easy remote management, providing convenience and accessibility to educators.

To cater to the digital learning needs of students and educators, all the models in the LG CreateBoard series come equipped with a high-resolution display of 3,840 × 2,160 (UHD). This display not only enhances the visual quality but also enables the multi-touch functionality, allowing up to 40 points of touch input. These versatile features make the LG CreateBoard series ideal for a wide range of educational activities, including learning games and collaborative projects.

LG's new learning displays offer various convenient features for educators. One such feature is QR access, which allows instructors to effortlessly access their own Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive on the LG CreateBoard. This feature facilitates the quick sharing of teaching materials with students, eliminating the need for physical prints.

Another useful feature is Smart Viewing, which enables the simultaneous display of multiple materials on screen. These materials can be shown in separate windows or overlaid in picture-in-picture mode, enhancing students' understanding of instructions and learning content by allowing them to view multiple documents, videos, or other materials simultaneously.

The LG CreateBoard series is specifically designed for digitalized learning spaces and is complemented by the LG CreateBoard Lab application. This application offers a variety of writing tools that enhance student engagement during lessons.

Furthermore, the LG CreateBoard Share feature allows for wireless screensharing of up to nine screens on the LG CreateBoard simultaneously. This empowers students to easily share files from their personal devices and view their work collectively with the teacher, fostering constructive feedback and the sharing of ideas.

To simplify device management in educational institutions, LG provides the cloud-based device management solution called LG ConnectedCare DMS (Device Management System). This system allows for remote monitoring and management of multiple LG CreateBoard displays.

The integrated dashboard within LG ConnectedCare DMS offers an intuitive interface for IT managers to monitor the displays and control basic display functions from a centralized location. Moreover, the system enables the sending of alerts or push notifications to the LG CreateBoard displays, ensuring students and teachers stay informed about important messages and upcoming school events.

“LG CreateBoard offers educational professionals and students an engaging, interactive experience and is well suited to today’s digital learning environments and methods,” said Paik Ki-mun, senior vice president and head of the Information Display business unit of LG Electronics Business Solutions Company. “Leveraging our exceptional display technologies, we will continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the education sector.”
