Woori Bank announced on June 15 that Woori Bank Vietnam, the local subsidiary of South Korea’s Woori Financial Group, signed a property insurance business agreement with Samsung Life Insurance Vietnam (Samsung Vina Insurance) to expand corporate insurance business.
With this agreement, Woori Bank Vietnam has increased the convenience of property insurance-related business for corporate customers.
With this agreement, various customers of Woori Bank in Vietnam can easily receive new insurance services based on Samsung Vina Insurance's high-level insurance capabilities.
Samsung Vina Insurance was established in 2002 as the first Korean insurance company in Vietnam, and is evaluated as the most reliable insurance company in Vietnam based on its high insurance solvency margin ratio and sound financial structure.
“We will start selling property insurance for corporate customers in Vietnam with Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, and will also sell various products that meet the needs of customers in the future,” said an official from Woori Bank.
