The emergence of ChatGPT has sparked ethical debates around artificial intelligence (AI). In this transformative era, we must consider the rules and governance of AI to ensure its benefits are accessible to all. While democratic societies strive for a human-centric approach, China is shaping its own rules, creating potential challenges for global south countries. It is crucial to implement inclusive and empowering AI rules that improve lives without leading to dead-ends.

To do this, we start by empowering people through democratized AI. Global leadership in exponential technologies should focus on empowering people, not replacing them. The G7 emphasizes human-centric AI policies rooted in democratic values, protecting human rights, privacy, and personal data. Such an approach can uplift emerging economies, revolutionize sectors like healthcare, and enhance aid distribution through sophisticated metrics.

Next, tech monopolies have worsened income inequality and deepened polarization, limiting technology's promise for many regions. By tapping into the enormous demand for development and entrepreneurship in emerging economies, countries can bridge the gap and provide opportunities for their youth populations. This requires collaboration between governments, NGOs, and the private sector, leveraging technology to connect entrepreneurs with untapped markets.

The significance of China's influence and the necessity for ethical competition are critically important. Failure on the part of the United States and like-minded countries to actively engage with emerging markets will pave the way for China to exploit the situation. Regrettably, China's agenda disregards the well-being of individuals and carries the potential for exploitation through surveillance technologies, aggravation of geopolitical tensions, and monopolization of critical mineral supply chains. Consequently, the presence of ethical competitors becomes imperative to safeguard economic opportunities, foster connectivity, guarantee security, and uphold democratic principles.

We also need to leverage advances in AI for user benefits. Advancements in AI can foster entrepreneurial dynamism, protect consumer privacy, and introduce competition in critical technologies. User-Centric AI Sharing Platforms (UCAI) can offer hyper-personalized services without compromising privacy or exploiting data. By meeting user expectations and demands, these models can mitigate "tech-lash" concerns while enhancing convenience.

The User Centric AI Sharing Platform (UCAI) is a shortcut to the depolarization and democratization of AI. The digital platform economy has exacerbated income inequality and further worsened the growing problem of deep polarization within and among countries. Many believe that big tech platform companies monopolize their customer contact points, and thus gain exclusive access to data, services, and technologies such as AI.

Harex InfoTech’s solution to reduce polarization and provide the maximum benefits for users and businesses is a User Centric AI Sharing (UCAI) Platform that offers hyper-personalized services, preserving customers’ data ownership and privacy. This platform allows all businesses to join and share their customer touch points and services while enabling customers to choose from a much wider variety of options to get the best service for their needs.

Unlike physical space, which requires compromise and sacrifice to be shared, digital space can be shared infinitely without any loss. The more you share, the more you expand your opportunities to increase your territory and potentially connect with new customers all over the world.

The User Centric AI Sharing Platform providing hyper-personalized services offers the fastest solution to overcome this polarization and reduce the growing inequality.

The true strength of a User Centric AI Sharing Platform lies in its capacity to elevate the company that operates the platform within their local country into a leading enterprise, not by monopolizing the market, but by empowering other businesses to thrive and expand.

Merchants in developing countries can provide services previously thought to be only possible in fully industrialized developed countries. And with merchants directly interacting with consumers without middlemen, these kinds of technologies can significantly reduce intermediary costs that can be invested elsewhere.

Democratized AI provides a promising alternative to the prevailing influence of Big Tech and China. By adopting human-centric AI policies, empowering emerging countries, and fostering ethical competition, we can unlock the immense potential of AI while safeguarding democratic values and individual well-being. The UCAI Platform plays a crucial role in this endeavor.
