The 12-week program comprises an accelerator and a builders’ fellowship program, both designed to provide founders and builders with the necessary knowledge, funding, and network to launch their projects successfully on the Safe{Core} Smart Wallet Infrastructure and scale it for different use-cases.

[Zug, Switzerland] LongHashX, one of the world’s leading Web3 accelerators with the strongest network in Asia, and Smart Wallet Infrastructure provider Safe, has announced the launch of the Safe{AAccelerator}, the world’s first accelerator program for projects building on top of the Safe{Core} smart wallet infrastructure. The 12-week program, which comprises the Safe Accelerator Program as well as the Safe Builders’ Fellowship Program, aims to accelerate the growth of 25-30 projects leveraging Safe{Core}, Safe’s modular and open-source Account Abstraction stack.

Five projects building on Safe will be accepted into the Safe Accelerator Program and each project will receive US$200,000 in funding. On top of the funding received, these projects will also undergo the most web3-native curriculum and hands-on support. The 12-week program in this cohort will include a series of workshops and fireside chats across seven modules, including Web3 Product Strategy & Design, Ecosystem Deep Dive, Tokenomics & Governance, Community Building, Smart Contract Security, Web3 Legal, and Fundraising. Each project participating through this route will have a dedicated Program Lead and Venture Builder, who will meet them weekly for problem-solving sessions and to be a thought partner to help the founders with their toughest challenges.

In addition to the mentors from Safe, the selected projects will also get access to LongHash Web (LHW), the world’s first soulbound token-based on-chain contribution network, to meet one-on-one with notable mentors in the wider Web3 space that includes leading founders, investors, and developers. LHW’s 100+ mentors include founders of Safe, Axelar, AltLayer, Balancer, Dodo; investors at Pantera, Polychain, Gumi, Multicoin, Collab+Currency, Hashkey, and DeFiance; and contributors at zkSync, Lens, Linea, Scroll, and Protocol Labs.

Safe{AAccelerator} will focus on helping projects building on top of Safe{Core} that are interested in bringing the broad range of Account Abstraction capabilities that Safe{Core} can offer to new and existing users/markets, especially those in under-tapped verticals such as onchain infra, identity, gaming, social, e-commerce and institutional amongst others to help fast-track the transition to smart accounts across the industry.

“The Safe team is working tirelessly to realize a seamless future within Web3. The growth of Safe{Core} will allow developers to select specific features to ensure the best UX for their end users. As investors in Safe, we are excited to accelerate projects that are contributing to the expansion of Safe{Core} and those who are growing the utilization of Safe{Core} through our accelerator arm, LongHashX. We believe account abstraction is the key to lowering the barrier to onboarding the next billion users, and we are very excited to invest in and support early-stage builders on Safe{Core}.” says Emma Cui, Founding Partner and CEO of LongHash Ventures.

"We are at the dawn of a new era in Web3, where smart accounts bring opportunities for innovation and growth. The launch of the Safe Accelerator and Builders’ Fellowship Program will enable teams that are building on Safe, the most battle-tested smart account. Our aim is to inspire and equip a new generation of builders who can unlock the full potential of Safe{Core}, expanding its reach and impact to serve the next billion users of Web3." said Lukas Schor, co-founder of Safe.
