Future Nuri and Korea Institute for Intelligent Information Society Promotion signed an agreement to build a legislative bill review report and National Assembly meeting data. On August 7, 2023, Futurenuri (CEO Jeong-HoChoo) announced that it had signed a final agreement with the National Information Society Agency (NIA) for the ‘Law Review Report and National Assembly Minutes for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Learning Data Construction Project’.

There are two types of data to be built in this project: summary data of the bill review report and knowledge search data based on the minutes of the National Assembly. Legislative bill review reports and National Assembly data integrate nationally and nationally important policy data, and support legislative activities through the use of artificial intelligence through the establishment of machine learning-enabled learning data. It is also expected to increase the interest and participation of the people in politics. Through this project, Futurenuri plans to extract 44,000 Q&A combinations based on the minutes of the National Assembly to build AI learning data.

The consortium, in which Futurenuri participated, is responsible for Vinea, data collection, and preprocessing, Futurenuri and EasyMeta are in charge of the business, Nara iNet in data processing/inspection/quality control, and Muhayu in developing algorithms and AI models. Companies specializing in each field are expected to participate to bring out user satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality and reliability of data.

Futurenuri will develop a knowledge-based question-and-answer model and participate in the development of Legal Tech services by “constructing the minutes of the National Assembly as artificial intelligence AI learning data based on the experience of building the existing database (DB) of the minutes of the National Assembly.” ”he said. In addition, we plan to advance into the UK, Canada, the US, Australia, etc. as the AI market for parliamentary minutes in other countries around the world, which is absolutely essential in a free democracy, using the "data construction for artificial intelligence AI learning" required in the ChatGPT era following the generalization of AI use as a model.
