SINGAPORE - SoftServe, an IT consulting and digital services provider, has unveiled its Generative AI Lab, a cutting-edge initiative aimed at propelling enterprises toward tangible business success through the effective integration of Generative AI solutions. This new lab marks a significant expansion of SoftServe's AI and Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities, focusing on advanced research and development in generative models for multimodal AI applications. Moreover, it houses a team of dedicated experts committed to harnessing and accelerating the transformative potential of Generative AI, guiding it from initial discovery to practical real-world adoption.

SoftServe's Chief Technology Officer, Alex Chubay, emphasized the distinctive nature of Generative AI within the rapidly evolving technology landscape. He explained, "Generative AI stands out due to its novelty and emerging properties, revealing not only technological innovations but also groundbreaking use cases capable of redefining business strategies. The pace of innovation in this field is astonishing, often overwhelming businesses with weekly advancements. This is precisely where the Generative AI Lab shines – it's not merely an experimental hub but a conduit for channeling this explosive innovation directly to our clients."

The Generative AI Lab at SoftServe will actively support research and development in several key areas, including model fine-tuning, domain adaptation, multimodal Generative AI, cost-performance optimization, and operational management (LLMOps). By combining various emerging technologies and approaches in these strategic areas, SoftServe aims to pioneer revolutionary use cases across multiple industries. With research priorities closely aligned with client needs and strategies, the knowledge and assets generated within the lab will naturally find their way into practical business scenarios, ensuring meaningful and impactful adoption.

Iurii Milovanov, SoftServe's AVP of AI & Data Science, stressed the importance of a pragmatic approach to implementation, stating, "To move forward, we must strategically prove that these once-hypothetical possibilities can genuinely impact various business functions and industries."

SoftServe's Generative AI offerings consist of three distinct stages:

AI Discovery – In this initial phase, SoftServe guides clients through the intricacies of the Generative AI landscape, uncovering and validating its potential impact and feasibility within their organizations.
AI Launchpad – The launchpad program facilitates rapid experimentation and evidence-based exploration of new use cases through a Generative AI sandbox, allowing users to scout, validate, and test deployment.
AI Adoption – The final offering empowers clients to scale their Generative AI solutions across their entire enterprise. It includes initiative road mapping, AI governance, technology, and data strategies, as well as comprehensive AI solution development and adoption within engineering teams.

SoftServe's Generative AI Lab leverages tools and technology platforms in collaboration with industry leaders such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and NVIDIA. The results-oriented approach is founded on successful use cases and an established assessment framework, with the ultimate goal of making Generative AI a tangible reality across various industries.
