Dongwon Group will participate in the international food fair ANUGA 2023 from October 7 to October 11.

ANUGA is the world's largest food trade fair, held every two years in Cologne, Germany, with around 8,000 exhibitors from more than 100 countries around the world. This year, it will be held under the theme of sustainable growth in the food industry.

Under the concept of "Tradition and Future of K Food," Dongwon Group will introduce a variety of products ranging from traditional foods to future foods.

Dongwon F&B, a comprehensive food company, will be showcasing its 37-year-old Korean HMR brand "Yangban" to target overseas markets. Along with Korean flavored snacks such as Yangban Porridge, Yangban Kimbu Gak, and Yangban Tteokbokki, the company will exhibit a total of 90 products including plant-based tuna, dumplings, alternative foods such as canned ham, dairy products (processed milk, cheese, etc.), and health functional foods.

Korea's largest seafood company, Dongwon Industries, will showcase high-quality and sustainable seafood products such as tuna and salmon. In particular, its Norwegian partner, Salmon Evolution, will host a tasting event where visitors can try salmon farmed on land.

Land-based salmon farming, which is being promoted by Dongwon Industries, is regarded as a future food industry that can supply blue food, a sustainable aquatic food.

Dongwon Home Food, the No. 1 B2B seasoned food company in Korea, will target the global market with K-Sauce. Dongwon Home Food, which has supplied various seasoning products to more than 1,000 customers, including famous chicken franchises, will showcase a variety of products that can easily implement the taste of K-chicken, including sauces, seasonings, and powders. It will also exhibit low-calorie and vegan sauces to target the European market, which is highly interested in health care and vegan culture.

"We will leap forward as a global food company that contributes to human health through sustainable food development and active overseas exports," said an official from Dongwon Group.
