Zyler CEO Alexander Berend expressed his satisfaction with the results, stating, "These findings exceeded our expectations and demonstrate a significant customer response to our try-on technology. The "Try it On" feature on the John Lewis Fashion Rental website utilizes Zyler's advanced virtual try-on technology, which is an innovative and convenient AI tool for customers seeking to rent clothing. It allows customers to preview how an outfit looks on them online before making a rental decision, which is particularly valuable for those planning to rent clothing for time-sensitive events. Customers can upload a headshot and sizing information to virtually try on the outfit from the comfort of their own homes, ensuring the accuracy of the virtual try-on experience.

Danielle Gagola, Innovation Lead at John Lewis, noted, "At John Lewis, we continuously seek ways to assist our customers in looking and feeling their best for special events. It has been exciting to provide styling support in a digital environment through Zyler technology, and the impressive results from the first few months demonstrate its resonance with our customers. As we enter the winter season, we anticipate more customers utilizing the Virtual Try-On service to discover the perfect Christmas Party outfit."

Zyler's innovative AI-driven technology addresses consumers' demands for convenience, personalization, and a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, it introduces an interactive and enjoyable element to the shopping experience. The "Try it On" feature on the John Lewis Fashion Rental platform enhances the rental experience by offering customers a more engaging and personalized method to explore and select outfits. This, in turn, reduces uncertainty and enhances the likelihood of satisfaction with their rental choices, empowering shoppers in the process.
