"Summoners War World Arena Championship 2023 (SWC2023)" World Finals will take place on November 4 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The SWC2023 World Finals is the final gateway to crowning the global champion of Com2uS "Summoners Wars: Sky Arena" (Summoners Wars). It will crown a single world champion from the eight strongest players selected through the qualifiers and the main event, and will be the finale of "SWC2023," the global esports festival that has been taking place since August.
The World Finals will take place on November 4 at True Icon Hall at IconSiam, Thailand's largest esports venue, located in downtown Bangkok, starting at 2 p.m. ET. More than 1,000 spectators are expected to attend offline, filling the venue with excitement and support.
Viewing parties, where Summoners can come together to watch the game, will also be held around the world, including Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. In addition, pre-match coverage will be available on the "Summoners Wars" esports channel and Twitch, with professional commentary in 13 languages including Korean, English, French, German, Thai, and Portuguese.
The matches will be played as a quarterfinal single-elimination tournament. It will feature some of the biggest names in the game, including LEST and DILIGENT-YC, who are seeking their second world title, ZERA, who advanced to the Open Qualifier, and TRUEWHALE and PINKROID, who advanced to the World Finals last year.
Com2uS will also provide fans at the event with a souvenir package created in collaboration with lifestyle goods company SPEXTRUM, as well as a number of mini-events to keep them entertained outside of competition.
Com2uS will also be hosting a variety of community events leading up to the tournament to get everyone in the mood. Until November 3, the "Cheerful Cheer Event" will be held on the "SWC" official website, where users can create and submit images showing their support for the players, and until November 4 at 1:30 p.m., a match prediction event will be held in-game.
