Merck announced on November 6 that it recently won an intellectual property (IP) infringement case against "Bayi Space LCD Technology" in the Düsseldorf District Court.
The court ruling relates to liquid crystal mixtures characterized by certain ingredients and prohibits the sale of products containing infringing liquid crystal mixtures in Germany.
