Green Party:
The Green Party is planning a series of presidential primaries, during which convention delegates will be awarded to candidates. The party intends to nominate its presidential ticket at the 2024 Green National Convention. Notable candidates include co-founder and leader Randy Toler. Initially, Cornel West was considered the frontrunner before he withdrew his candidacy for the Green nomination and opted for an independent campaign. As of November 2023, at least nine candidates have filed with the Federal Election Commission to run for the Green Party nomination in 2024. In past election cycles, most of these candidates did not actively participate in ballot access, fundraising, or formal campaign efforts.
