If you order a drink by voice from Siri, Apple's artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, the robot bartender will mix the cocktail you want.

Search "Find me a product I need for a yoga session," and the app will recommend a smart mat, wireless speaker, and fitness tracker, item by item.

The CES 2024 venue seemed to have been flooded by an "AI wave" as a variety of AI-powered technologies unfolded.

Not only consumer goods and distribution companies, but also healthcare, education, and entertainment companies were busy providing visitors with a better life through AI technology.

This year, it was not difficult to see a place where products were combined with AI and the metaverse. "Now the integration between AI and the metaverse has begun," said one industry official. "AI is likely to be used in various ways, from virtual reality to augmented reality and mixed reality."

South Korea's Samsung, which won the CES Innovation Award, unveiled its Smart Mirror, which uses Google's AI platform Assistant to analyze skin conditions and offer personalized beauty tips from the mirror. By asking the Assistant in the mirror by voice, you can get the best skin care products, makeup tutorials, and salon recommendations for your skin type. The camera in the mirror recognizes the user's facial expressions and can suggest what mood they are in and what music they might like.

Amazon, a US e-commerce giant, also made an appearance at the CES keynote with a reinforcement learning AI. In his keynote the day before, CEO Andy Jassy introduced a Reinforcement Learning AI feature that allows consumers to train their own AI models without coding.

Facebook, a leader in Reinforcement Learning AI technology, created a space to experience the Oculus Quest 3 headset with Reinforcement Learning AI capabilities. The Oculus Quest 3 gaming app, Super Trainer, is a training feature that allows users to learn new skills and improve their performance by playing games.

You can choose a skill you want to learn, such as playing the guitar, cooking, or speaking a foreign language, and the app will create a customized game that teaches you the skill step-by-step. The app adapts to your learning pace and provides feedback and rewards.

LG Robotics' AI-powered robot, Buddy the Helper, has learned to perform a variety of household tasks whenever it detects a need. The robotic arm performs such tasks with intelligence learned through vision and touch technology.

Sony, a Japanese electronics manufacturer, introduced a feature that allows users to create and share their own AI music on the cloud using its proprietary "Flow Machines" AI technology.
