New York, NY— Notable.art, the new fine arts-centric platform bridging digital and physical art announced on January 18 that has unveiled an exclusive partnership with celebrated contemporary artist Hunt Slonem. The partnership marks the official launch of Notable’s inaugural collection, The Hunt Slonem Experience, a groundbreaking offering that bridges digital and physical art and represents Slonem’s first foray into the world of digital art. Regarded as one of America’s most beloved contemporary artists, Slonem is renowned for his neo-expressionist paintings of bunnies, butterflies, and tropical birds. Slonem will utilize Notable to expand beyond traditional art audiences and reach individuals curious to learn more about the art world

Conceived by CEO Zain Talyarkhan, an auction house veteran, collector, and entrepreneur, in conjunction with a team of leading experts across the art and tech industries, Notable partners directly with leading visual artists to bring their work into the digital realm. Utilizing Web3 technology to ensure authenticity and provenance, Notable introduces traditional artists to a new digital audience while also giving collectors the opportunity to own unique physical works. Notable’s community of collectors enjoy an immersive experience marked by new curated drops, exclusive event access, and behind-the-scenes experiences.

Commenting on the partnership, Talyarkhan says, “Existing digital art marketplaces are designed for Web3-native audiences. Notable is the first digital art platform created by the art world for the art world. We partner directly with commercially — and curatorially — successful contemporary artists to bring their work to the next logical medium. It is an honor to partner with Hunt for our inaugural offering and we look forward to introducing his iconic practice to a global audience through digital media and engaging his community in ways never seen before."

Notable's platform is designed to provide a frictionless experience for traditional collectors, mainstream audiences, and Web3-native consumers alike. Its user-friendly interface offers a home for collectors to easily purchase digital and physical artworks with just a few clicks. Notable offers users the choice to utilize fiat or digital currency, with or without accessing a crypto wallet.

“I’m looking forward to bringing the energy from my physical works into the digital realm,” said Slonem. “Hopefully this journey will bring joy and upliftment to new audiences. I’m always happy to branch into new territories.”

A favorite of celebrities and blue chip collectors alike, Slonem’s prolific oeuvre spans over four decades and more than 300 solo shows in top museums and galleries. His work is held in the permanent collections of over 250 cultural institutions around the world, including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Smithsonian Institute, and the Fundació Joan Miró.

The Hunt Slonem Experience offers new and novice collectors the opportunity to own a unique work of art by Hunt Slonem at a more accessible price point. Each unique 1-of-1 piece of digital art can be redeemed for a museum-quality, physical print, allowing those who do not currently have the space to store artwork to begin their collections, reserving the physical piece until such a time when they are capable of hanging it in their homes.

The Hunt Slonem Experience will open for sale on February 8th, 2024, with the collection limited to 991 unique artworks. Each print comes with a special authenticity hologram and is digitally signed by Hunt Slonem, further ensuring authenticity.
