KT announced on February 20 that it will be participating in Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024, the world's largest mobile exhibition, from February 26 to 29 in Barcelona, Spain, with five outstanding partners.
The partners are QANDA (a large language model specialized in mathematics); Superb AI (video-based AI development software); MoveAWheeL (road surface monitoring system); MARUSYS (all-in-one set-top box and coding education robot); and CNU Global (HS IoT energy efficiency automatic meter reading system), all of which have core technologies in AI, mobility, media, and energy.
To help partners leverage the KT brand, KT will provide a booth-in-booth KT Partners Pavillion within the KT Exhibition Hall, providing independent exhibition space and buyer consultation space for each company and helping partners expand their export marketing activities and overseas sales. In particular, KT will provide business travel support for partners' employees, including airfare and accommodation, to support their local export marketing activities.
The KT Partners Pavillion was jointly funded by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and KT, and was supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Public Small Business Partnership Project in recognition of KT's commitment to accompanying its SME partners overseas.
"KT supports its innovative partners with global competitiveness in various ways, such as supporting them to participate in overseas exhibitions," said Cho Hoon, Executive Vice President of KT SCM Strategy. "We expect our partners and KT to discover opportunities for global joint expansion through our participation in MWC, the world's largest ICT exhibition."
