Netmarble announced on March 18th that it has been awarded the top spot in the gaming category for the seventh consecutive year in the 2024 12th Korea Digital Customer Satisfaction Survey "Heart To Heart Index" (HTHI), organized by the Korea Marketing Association.
The HTHI is an evaluation model for companies' digital communication activities, and this year, 249 organizations and companies in 75 industries were surveyed. Among them, Netmarble received an overall score of 878 points, an increase of 66 points from last year, and was ranked first in the game category.
In particular, the official YouTube channel has been showcasing the upcoming release of Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions and other highly anticipated titles from Netmarble, achieving a high score of 970 points for introducing original videos, short forms, and other content.
Additionally, the official TikTok channel was praised for actively communicating with users by focusing on short-form content that can be easily enjoyed, with more than 1.1 million followers.
"We are developing a variety of original content that allows users to feel fresh about Netmarble and its games," said Lim Hyun-seop, Head of New Media Team at Netmarble. "This year, Netmarble will release Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions, Solo Leveling: Arise, and other highly anticipated titles, and we plan to expand our program to include developer commentary videos and game-specific communication broadcasts."
