Dr. Ho Joon Lee, the company's founder and former CEO, will transition to the role of Chief Technology Officer, focusing on global innovation efforts, while maintaining his position on the Board of Directors.
Garrabrant expressed enthusiasm for his new role, highlighting Captivision's evolution into a Nasdaq-listed growth company with a decade-long foundation in pioneering technology. He emphasized the company's anticipation of forging partnerships with established entities, many stemming from longstanding relationships. Ryan Littman assumes the position of Chief Commercial Officer, leading global business endeavors from Los Angeles, while Dr. Orhan Ertughrul, based in London, takes charge of operations in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Sanmukh Bawa, reporting to Dr. Ertughrul, will oversee activities in the Middle East. Anthony Page continues as Chief Financial Officer, supported by Alexander Marcinkowski, who remains Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, based in Los Angeles.
