Netmarble announced on March 24 that pre-registrations for its upcoming MMORPG, Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions (Arthdal Chronicles), launching on April 24, have surpassed 1 million.
Pre-registration for Arthdal Chronicles has been open since February 15 in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Pre-registrants will receive a limited edition of Arthdal Chronicles, which includes a mounted reindeer, spirit, and three elixirs.
Additionally, Netmarble announced on its official forums that the Arthdal Chronicles character name pre-order event will commence at 11 a.m. on April 2.
The character name pre-emptive event is an opportunity for players to secure their character names and classes for use after the game's launch. Arthdal Chronicles will feature four classes at launch: Warrior, Archer, Priest, and Fighter. Players will have the option to choose two professions through a multi-class system, allowing them to engage in various combat styles depending on their primary and secondary classes.
Arthdal Chronicles is an MMORPG based on the same universe as the TV series Arthdal Chronicles, where lawless forces are engaged in a massive power struggle for control of a continent. The game features various elements that allow for political, social, and economic cooperation between the three factions, and it pursues the essential fun of MMORPGs through battles that emphasize the role-playing of each class.
Netmarble will release Arthdal Chronicles simultaneously on April 24 in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and it will be available on both mobile and PC.
