LED Module Lighting Testers (OPI-711SPOT, 711FLAT) are the optimized user-interface environment on the production line. 711SPOT can measure luminous intensity and test the lighting of MR16, PAR, BULBE and DOWNLIGHT simultaneously, while 711FLAT also simultaneously measures luminous intensity and tests the lighting of various square LED modules. It is functioning by using a vision camera and can measure withstanding voltage and insulation resistance. Also it operates with only a measurement model, without any specific user setting. For speedy measurement, customized JIG production is available. There are circle and square types.
LED Module Characteristic Testers (OPI715SPOT, 715FLAT) can simultaneously measure optical and electrical properties of various circle and square LED types. It uses high sensitivity spectrometer and DDM for the measurement tests of various circle and square LED types. And a one-click button easily starts its simultaneous measurement tests for optical and electrical properties. Only the measurement model can operate it without any user settings, and JIG production is available for rapid measurement.
LED Goniometer System (OPI-370) is for measuring absolute luminous flux of LED devices and various LEDs. It can measure luminous intensity like total luminous flux, total radiant flux, and luminous distribution and spectral characteristics such as peak wavelength, medium wavelength, and CIE1931/1976 color coordinates. Its maximum sample size is 1,800mm x 1,800mm with a maximum sample weight of 100kg. In 2011, it acquired CE in Europe.
