Vinyl has launched
‘Translook’, jointly developed with Kiosk Korea, a transparent display showcase with the word’s first interactive interface. Translook‘s technology allows for an interactive display as clear as glass bringing a clear image to the naked eye. The outstanding display technology enables the showcase to display an actual product inside so that users can control product information and images interactively through a floor-to-ceiling window. Touch sensors allows users to control the direction of the turntable inside the showcase giving a 360-degree view of the product on display, while at the same time showing product information on the transparent screen. The window interface can be widely used at any retailers that display actual products and information such as luxury and consumer goods, cosmetics, home appliances, and liquor. Museums and exhibition galleries that show detailed information of the exhibits would be perfect place to use Translook. Translook is manufactured in either stand or encased type and features a 26 inch screen, a touch sensor showing interactive images, a camera and an installed turntable that gives a 360 degree view of the exhibit. Cho Hong-rae, CEO of Vinyl , commented that demand for transparent display advertisement platforms is anticipated to grow both domestically and abroad and to keep pace with the trend more products with multi-functions are to be released. Translook in a bigger size is scheduled to be launched early next month. For additional information, contact 02-599-7052 oriconzo@vi-nyl.com.
