Samsung Electronics is at peak in promoting its 20-nano DDR3 D ram, which was produced since last September for the first time around the world. It exerts top performance, just the same as its 30-nano DDR3 D ram released July last year, and improves its productivity by 50% while reducing power consumption by 40%, a green memory product. The top chip maker plans to develop mass storage product based on 20-nano 4GB DDR3 D ram by the year end and produce various products including 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB in full scale from next year.

Amkor Technology has showcased world's first Cu Pillar FPF (Find Pitch flip Chip) that enables extreme find pitch under 50 micro-meters. The products allow flip-chip bonding technology for die Pad pitch under 50 micro-merters which was challenged with existing solder bump. Comparing to existing solder bump, the cutting-edge product is featured with electronic efficiency, improved 25 times more than existing solder bump, improved EM resistance and low thermal resistance. With the product optimized for mobile products, package size is significantly reduced which allows to anticipate growing demand from application processor for smartphones.

Hynix introduced its 8Gb mobile LPDDR2 D ram and a 5.0 megapixel CMOS Image Sensor (CIS). 8 GB mobile LPDDR2 D ram, one of the applications for mobile products including tablet PC, high-end smartphones and etc, brings benefits to its users with its low power consumption and has emerged as mainstream products for next generation. Their 5.0 megapixel CIS processes images for digital cameras, which is similar to a film developing images for film cameras. Its features are upgraded twice from the existing widespread 4 GB.

LG Cinema 3D Gamezone provides many exciting moments to visitors

Samsung Electronics has released its power-saving green IT panel and Full-HD 3D active glasses, which can be easily understood in a context that shuttering function of 3D glasses is panelized to attach to the front side of TV screen. It stops 3D images from having unstable resolution and allows to watch 3D images while moving or lying down with its wide viewing angle. Moreover, existing space dividing method with right and left side division system created blinkering or lines on the screen, while the state-of-the-art product with time division system allows cross display of right and left images 120times per second at 240 hertz.

LG Display attracted visitors with its cutting-edge display product that includes high-resolution wide viewing angle (AH-IPS) display and FPR 3D display with non-flickering 3D technology. AH-IPS display overcame the weakness of 250ppi in Amoled system and realizes real HD images. With support of SRGB, it enables to express colors close to its nature. FPR 3D display utilizes law polarized light filter, which frees viewers while watching TV. Right and left images are appeared simultaneously, which earned the company accreditation for Flicker Free and reputation that true 3D is realized.

Merck Advanced Technologies presented Reactive Mesogens, used for LCD display screen and 3D Patterned Retarder, and organic electronics material for OLED and Flexible display which is attracting attention as display for next-generation. Juergen Koenig, representative director of Merck, explained that iMiD is the perfect platform for Merck o show off the newest developments made by their experts in display working with liquid crystals and net display materials. He continued by saying that it is a good opportunity to inform customers and participants about recent developments in the display business as well as new display modes and trends.
