Recently ball valves for special industrial pipelines are being replaced with new models, with higher quality technology to reduce wear and increase durability. DoTEC is introducing customized metal seat ball valves, whose balls and seats use PVD, CVD, or Tungsten Carbide coating to leverage against surface scratches on the seats and withstand extreme wear that undermines the life cycle of valves.
Top Entry ball valves can be repaired easily, saving time and money. By leaving no space between ball and stem, any liquids or other particles cannot penetrate and decrease operation torque. Its accurate application can prolong life cycle, and the structural redesign of the seat ring can better withstand high pressure and extreme temperature. Last year, DoTEC met the requirements for Top Entry ball valves, and soon after, three foreign companies decided to put them into use.
