Once IP network is installed, everyone can have two-way communication, anywhere and anytime.
'Expressway' Technology Allows Screen Conference to be Held through Network Firewall.
Once an IP network is installed, anyone can hold a screen conference in safety in anywhere and anytime.
Tandberg, the world's most famous screen communication provider, announced it had introduced the Expressway technology that allows video conferencing to be held efficiently and conveniently through a firewall installed in the company's network. Once Expressway technology is widespread, it will not only be possible for enterprises, manufacturers and clients to communicate to the users who use the video conferencing system, but also be possible for workers who are working at home.
Firewalls are the biggest obstacle for those who want to use screen conferencing systems based on IP. Most screen conferencing systems are used through the firm's Virtual Private Network. Also, even if it might be possible to transit through the firewall, it would still not be possible to call the IP signal due to lack of a wide scope of number systems. However, once Expressway technology is used, the limit could be overcome.
