For the months of July and August, several of Millennium Seoul Hilton’s restaurants will be featuring a variety of summer foods designed to refresh you, keep you cool, and restore your energy as you endure the hottest months of summer in Seoul.
Genji, the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, will feature several specialties featuring eel or sea bass. Both types of fish are known for their cooling properties, and so, are popular choices during the hotter months of the year.
Diners can choose from Grilled Eel Set (KW55,000++), Eel with Steamed Brown Rice (KW43,000++), Sushi with Eel and Vegetables (KW75,000++), Sea Bass Sashimi (KW155,000++), Grilled Sea Bass Set (KW60,000++), and more, including a special nine-course extravaganza featuring sea bass (KW155,000++).
At Cilantro’s Mediterranean All-day Dining restaurant, you can enjoy traditional Korean summer health foods including young carp soup, young chicken soup, ginseng oxtail soup, and more.
The dishes are filled with nutritive ingredients, and employ the “fight fire with fire” technique which explains how these steaming hot soups will effectively cool you down. All these restorative dishes will be a part of Cilantro’s popular buffet. The buffet is priced at KW51,000++ for lunch and 55,000++ for dinner.
Taipan, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, offers several refreshing noodle soup dishes including Healthy Cold Noodles (KW18,000++) and Seafood Cold Noodles (KW24,000++). Other dishes include Abalone and Shrimp Rice with Noodles Soup (KW43,000++) and Whole Shark’s Fin with Noodles (KW99,000++).
