Founded in 1992, Wooil Hightech has been taking pride in introducing and supplying advanced components ever since; the company manufactures various types of equipments for Wet and Gas process such as flow meters, valves, and regulators of semiconductor field, as well as VOC&PFC and Solar Module equipment for renewable energy. All of these efforts eventually led to the overall heightened development in the industry as a whole. FW-1100 Series
Designed for a number of applications like small flow measurements, utility flow measurement of small labs, and industrial areas where high purity fluid is in demand, Wooil Hightech’s standard-type flow meters (FW-1100 series) have wetted parts that are comprised of 316 aluminum-anodized stainless bodies. The features are built-in control valve, alarm for flow level sensor, direct reading scale for flow rate, as well as others.
Air Operated Valve FVA / Manual Valve FVM-1
These compact diaphragm valves are available in different sizes of 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. Its durability can be assured through a strict test up to 1 million cycling times. As their wetted parts are anti-corrosive TEFLON, they are suitable for DI(deionized) water or chemical process lines.
Mega Pump
Applicable to CCSS or Wet Process semiconductor equipment and various laboratory use, Wooil Hightech’s Mega pump can provide excellent chemical resistance with its Wetted parts and Diaphragm with PTFE. The inner parts of the pump are 100% safe from any corrosion as it is completely free of metal components.
Manual Regulator
This manual regulator can control the pressure of DI water and chemical for related equipment, and its PTFE wetted part is particle-free.
